PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS Chapman Nursing Home, Inc. (""Chapman""), petitions this Court for the writ of mandamus ordering the Tallapoosa Circuit Court to vacate its order of April 5, 2004, transferring this case to the Coosa Circuit Court. Because Chapman has demonstrated that the trial court exceeded its discretion and that it has a clear legal right to the relief it requests, we grant the petition and issue the writ.
